Compulsory Redemption Update

EF Realisation Company Limited (the "Company") announces that, in connection with the first capital distribution for the Company's shares (the "Shares"), announced on 4 September 2017, the Company has compulsorily redeemed 7,496,024 Shares at a price of 40.07 pence per share (the "Redemption"). This GBP3.0 million return of capital, equivalent to 5.7p per share, was implemented pursuant to the Company's Compulsory Redemption Mechanism, such that one in every seven Shares was redeemed, for cancellation, on a pro rata basis. Fractions of Shares produced by the applicable redemption ratios have not been redeemed and so the number of Shares redeemed in respect of each shareholder has been rounded down to the nearest whole number of Shares.

Payments of redemption monies are expected to be effected either through CREST (in the case of Shares held in uncertificated form) or by cheque (in the case of Shares held in certificated form) by 29 September 2017.

Following the Redemption the Company has 44,977,609 Shares in issue.

The new ISIN number GG00BF243Y95, in respect of the remaining Shares which have not been redeemed, will be enabled and available for transactions from 8.00 a.m. on 18 September 2017.

The above figure 44,977,609 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
