Sale of Industrial Multi Property Trust portfolio and Marseille property completed

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 5 February 2018 of its agreement to dispose of the Industrial Multi Property Trust portfolio for GBP116 million to an entity owned by Warehouse REIT plc, Hansteen announces that the transaction has now been completed.

In addition, Hansteen also announces that it has sold a property in Rousset, Marseille, to an owner occupier for EUR3.5 million, in line with the 31 December 2017 valuation. The property was vacant and Hansteen now has one remaining property in France.
