DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

I have today received the notification below from Legal and General regarding
their share holdings which now represent 5.46% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of Litho Supplies Plc.

Please note that Legal and General's calculation of their interest (5.47%) in
the issued ordinary share capital of the company is based upon their
understanding that the current issued ordinary share capital is 25,100,000.  The
actual figure is in fact 25,149,040 and hence their interest is 5.46%, as noted
above.
