Exercise of Share Options

Metal-Tech, the producer and recycler of specialty metals such as tungsten and molybdenum, announces that pursuant to the exercise of options under its 2010 Israeli Share Option Plan, it has issued 99,405 ordinary shares of 0.2 NIS each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. 19 September 2012.

The total issued share capital of the Company following this issue is 38,476,328 Ordinary Shares. The above figure of 38,476,328 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
