Issue of Equity
On Thursday 10(th) June 2021 the Company agreed to issue 750,000
ordinary shares of no par value from its blocklisting facility at a
price of 54.8 pence per share. The shares will be issued for cash
on Monday 14(th) June 2021.
On Monday 14(th) June 2021 the Company's issued share capital
will consist of 443,551,848 ordinary shares and there are no shares
held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in
the Company will be 443,551,848.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest,
in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
