                            Significant Shareholding

The Company was informed today that on 8 November 2004, Rock (Nominees) Limited
disposed of 4,000,000 RII ordinary shares (the "Shares"), and is now interested
in 5,292,753 Shares, representing 4.13% of RII's issued share capital. These
Shares are held in Rock (Nominees) Ltd accounts 1614980 and 1615051 for which Mr
Iraj Parvizi is the same beneficiary.
