the shares in Fosun Financial Holdings Limited which owns 100% of the
shares in Millennium Gain Limited, which owns 100% of the shares in Longrun
Portugal, SGPS, S.A. which owns 84.9861% of Fidelidade - Companhia de
Seguros, S.A. which owns 100% of the shares of Fidelidade - Property
International, S.A. which owns 100% of the shares of FPI (UK) 1 Limited.
