Triple Point VCT 2011 plc
The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has resolved to pay a
dividend to Ordinary Class Shareholders of GBP4.9 million equal to
24 pence per share. The dividend will be paid on 11 November 2016
to those Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close
of business on 28 October 2016.
