    Venteco, the UK-based non-toxic pest control provider, announces that Stefan Hansson has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and will
leave the Board with immediate effect.

    Haresh Kanabar, Chairman, will assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer in the interim period while the Company searches
for a replacement. Mr Kanabar will fulfil these new responsibilities alongside his current role as Chairman.

    The Company thanks Mr Hansson for the contributions he made during his time with the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours. 

    As previously stated at the interim results of 24 September 2008, Venteco continues to reduce costs while at the same time utilising
synergies within the Group where appropriate.
