During the year ended May 31, 2013, the Company improved its operational
efficiencies and cost savings which resulted in an operational loss of $234,000
compared to a loss of $1,221,000 in the previous year.


The Company EBITDA for the year improved by $705,000 to $159,000 from negative
$546,000 in fiscal 2012. During the fourth quarter, the Company began investing
in its sales and marketing initiatives to augment its revenue in fiscal 2014.
