| The Fund seeks investment results that correspond before fees and expenses generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index the Cambria Global Value Index the Underlying Index. The fund is actively managed and seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities, including common stock and depositary receipts, issued by publicly listed companies in developed and emerging markets that exhibit strong value characteristics. The funds investment adviser, Cambria Investment Management, L.P. (Cambria or the Adviser), uses its own proprietary rules-based quantitative algorithm to select its holdings. |
