Global Connectivity plc (AQSE:
GCON), a Company focused on communication services and technologies
that enhance connectivity, is pleased to
announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at
the offices of Apex Corporate Services (IOM) Limited, Exchange
House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD,
British Isles on Thursday 29 August 2024 at 11.30a.m.
The Notice of AGM, together with the
accounts, will be dispatched to all shareholders today. An
