Entirely possible. But the stakes are so high and the range of possible outcomes being so unknown and a multitude of other factors including intransigence and wealth of the principals of the two main defendants make that unlikely anytime soon IMO.

It sounds like nothing will happen in a hurry. Unless a settlement occurs earlier it would seem that by the time this is resolved the success of DCVax-L should become clear, if not we may have a serious problem that goes much further than the law suit.
