Morgan as president of the company's Americas operations.
With high-level experience in talent management both
internationally and in the Americas, Morgan will help to maintain
SHL's leadership and innovation in psychometric talent assessments.
Current SHL president Dr. Hennie
Kriek will be handing off these operational responsibilities
to Morgan, yet still playing an integral role on the company's
Scientific Advisory Board.

Robert Morgan joins SHL from

talent management in the Americas. Prior to this, Morgan acted as
president of employment solutions, the human capital consulting
group and the Saratoga Institute for Spherion, a temporary

addition to leading services and solutions firms, Morgan also held
the vice president of human resources position at several
companies, including Office Depot. A recognized specialist in human
capital management, Morgan has been a presenter and panelist at
