Hudson Legal Upgrades Document Review Center Technology Platform
August 30 2011 - 6:00AM
Hudson Legal, a leading provider of document review services and
end-to-end discovery solutions, announced today that it has
converted to thin client technology – an enhanced, streamlined
alternative to standard desktop computing – in its document review
centers.
"Implementing thin client technology in our domestic and
overseas review facilities enables Hudson Legal to respond more
efficiently to client needs, seamlessly adapt to each project's
unique specifications and achieve heightened security," said Mark
Yacano, executive vice president of Hudson Legal.
Thin client review workstations do not require a hard drive or
local data storage, eliminating the need to "scrub" machines
between projects and increasing overall security of the system.
Additionally, software for each project is configured remotely,
allowing for swifter deployment of review teams and adjustments to
the database on the fly. Hudson Legal's thin client solution is
also designed to provide the most efficient data interface
possible, which results in superior speed and performance.
Hudson Legal maintains document review project facilities across
the U.S. and abroad in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles,
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, St. Louis, Washington,
D.C., two locations in New York City, and London (UK).
