CONTENTS
JACADA REGAINS COMPLIANCE WITH NASDAQ'S MINIMUM BID PRICE REQUIREMENT
On October 12, 2010, the Company received a notice from Nasdaq
confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00
minimum closing bid price requirement for continued listing.
Pursuant to Nasdaq's rules, the Company was required to evidence a
closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive
business days. The letter received from Nasdaq confirms that this
requirement has been met and that Jacada is in compliance with the
listing requirements of Rule 5450(a)(1).
As a result, Jacada's shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global
Market and are not at this time subject to delisting. On Friday October
15, 2010 the closing price of the Company's ordinary shares was $1.13
per share.
