Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On February 7, 2024, Momentus Inc. (the “Company”) received an approval letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that the Nasdaq staff approved the Company’s application to
transfer the listing of its Class A common stock (the “Common Stock”) and warrants from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market. On this basis, the previous listing deficiency regarding minimum stockholder’s equity will be closed.
The Common Stock and the warrants will continue to trade under the symbols “MNTS” and “MNTSW,” respectively, and the trading of the Common Stock and the warrants will not be affected by the transfer.
