Albion Plc has been advised on 3 July 2003 by its broker, Fyshe Horton Finney,
that Value Investments Ltd has sold 254,410 ordinary shares in Albion PLC.
Following the sale Value Investments Ltd holding of 110,590 shares represented
3.03% of the issued share capital.


Albion Plc has also been advised that on 3 July 2003 Pentakan Ltd acquired
254,410 ordinary shares in Albion Plc. This has increased the holding of
Pentakan Ltd to 643,249 shares. Pentakan Ltd is acting in concert with another
party, Carrlow Ltd, and following this acquisition the combined holding of the
two parties was 1,094,999 shares representing 29.99% of the issued share
capital.
