VENTURE:AGQ)(AIM:AGQ)(PLUS:AGQ)(FRANKFURT:I3A) was notified on 12 April 2012
that on 21 December 2011, Mr Tom Bailey's spouse acquired 2,000 common shares of
the Company at a price of GBP 0.1875 per share.


Mr Bailey, a Non-executive Director of the Company, is consequently now deemed
to have an interest in an aggregate of 2,000 common shares of the Company,
representing less than 0.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
