Duncastle Gold Corp. ("Duncastle") (TSX VENTURE: DUN)(FRANKFURT: 5D3) reported today that it has extended the term of 9,364,639 share purchase warrants for a period of one year as set out in the table below:

These warrants were issued pursuant to several private placements which closed between June 12, 2009 and August 21, 2009 and are each exercisable to purchase one common share of Duncastle at a price of $0.15 per share.

The extension of the warrant expiry dates is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
