BTW - KIPK's one year board suspension is outrageously harsh. He had every right to call out FUD. Respect is earned. Bad faith, especially lying deserves equal condemnation IMHO. One year? That's egregious. Not surprised.

Today's nice gain was technically important. AVXL has been green every day since July 5th; with the exception of yesterday which was an even day. Today was a bounce up off yesterday's even day which points to further gains on no news. AVXL was, and is still, way oversold.
