BioTech Medics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BMCS) announced today that they have entered into a Consulting and Distribution Agreement for BioTech's patented and exclusive SHBAN(TM) Antiviral/Antimicrobial Solution Products with Dr. Saif Ur Rehman for Pakistan.

Dr. Rehman is a Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine and a graduate of the College of Veterinary Sciences at Lahore, Pakistan. He is a member of the Pakistan Poultry Association, the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council and the World's Poultry Science Association. Dr. Rehman has had nearly 20 years of poultry management experience with major poultry farms and breeders. He has had training and experience with the H5H1 Avian Bird Influenza A virus.

In 2007 BioTech conducted an independent study to determine the efficacy of virucidal SHBAN against Avian H5N1 Influenza NIBRG-14 Virus (also known as the Avian Bird Flu). BioTech reported that the SHBAN Solution had clinically proven its anti-viral properties and had topically killed the Avian Influenza virus. Significantly, SHBAN was proven non-toxic with "no cytotoxicity observed on the MDCK cell line after treatment."
