O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OTOW) announces that the Company has secured a Lease Agreement in an underserved community near the City of Lake Wales within Polk County, Florida, where the Company intends to place a tower which will enable O2Secure Wireless to provide service coverage as well as being a resource provider to wireless carriers in this area.

O2 Secure Wireless continues its expansion strategy in territories that not only have a good potential for new broadband services clientele, but where the towers can simultaneously serve other wireless carriers therefore creating multiple revenue sources.

The City of Lake Wales Florida is located in Polk County and lies among rolling hills on the highest ground in peninsular Florida. In the valleys around Lake Wales, there are many clear lakes that furnish year-round recreational opportunities. The city is located in the geographical center of the Florida peninsula, and the stated goal of the City Commission and the city administration is to encourage and facilitate quality growth and economic development to the Population of 13,076 over nearly 20 square miles.

With this agreement in place O2 Secure Wireless can expand the areas to which it is delivering services domestically, augmenting the Companies recent achievement of entering the Floridian market through an agreement in Palm Coast and Flagler County. The packages are designed to be priced competitively, with the median revenue per client to be estimated at $90 to $100 per month.
