Network's Programming Will Focus on Interests of African-,
Hispanic-, East Indian-, Native- and Asian-Americans FORT WORTH,
Texas, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- CRM Studios and Urban Television
Network Corporation (OTC:URBT) (BULLETIN BOARD: URBT) today
announced they have executed a definitive contract to re-launch the
Urban Television Network, which will provide programming targeting
African-, Hispanic-, East Indian-, Native- and Asian-American
audiences. CRM Studios is an independent, top-tier film and video
production company in Fort Worth. URBT has moved its staff and
operations from Arlington, TX, to CRM Studios' 48,000-square-foot
facility, which incorporates three soundstages and 11 editing
suites, as well as 50 creative and production professionals. CRM
Studios will help develop and produce URBT programming and
broadcast it nationwide. URBT will provide programming through all
media platforms, including WiFi, voice on demand, cell phones,
Internet protocol television, cable and broadcast. The company is
