Notice of 2019 Interim Results

Dublin-Ireland, 9 August 2019: Malin Corporation plc (Euronext Growth Dublin: MLC) ("Malin"), a company investing in highly innovative life sciences companies, will announce its interim financial results and publish its interim report for the six month period ended 30 June 2019 at 7:00am Irish Standard Time/BST on Tuesday, 3 September 2019.

Darragh Lyons, Chief Business and Financial Officer, will host a conference call to provide a general business update at 12:00pm Irish Standard Time/BST on the day of publication.

Details of the conference call will be available on request and will be posted to Malin's website on Tuesday, 3 September 2019.
