    Aquabella Group Plc ("Aquabella" or the "Company")

Issue of equity

The board of the Company announce that it has placed 65,000 new ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 100 pence per share, providing the Company with
gross proceeds of �65,000 which will be used by the Company for general working
capital purposes.

The new ordinary shares will rank on an equal basis with the existing ordinary
shares.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be
traded on AIM. Trading in these shares is expected to commence 10 January 2007.

Following the issue of equity noted above the newly enlarged issued share
capital of the Company is 18,324,860 ordinary shares.
