                         ("Aquabella" or "the Company")


                             Suspension of Trading



The Board of Aquabella regrets to announce that it has requested a suspension of
trading in its shares with immediate effect pending clarification of its
financial position.



Further to the announcements made on 18 July 2007 and 22 August 2007, although
the Board has been actively pursuing funding options, both debt and equity, with
its bankers and potential equity investors and continues to do so, it has been
unable to secure the necessary funding to date. In the absence of such funding,
the Company is unlikely to have sufficient working capital to allow it to trade
beyond the short term. Until the funding position is clarified, the Company will
be unable to issue its annual report and accounts for the financial period to 31
March 2007.



The Company has at this stage been unable to satisfy the conditions enabling it
to take up the convertible loan notes.
