BTG PLC : NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

BTG plc (LSE: BGC) today received notification in accordance with Sections 198-
202 of the Companies Act 1985, that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary
companies have a notifiable interest of 12,517,782 Ordinary Shares of BTG plc
being 11.88% of the issued share capital.
