Cash Exit Results
On 17 December 2012, the Company
provided Cash Fund Shareholders with details of the terms and
conditions for participating in a Cash Fund Shares Exit. In the
expected timetable set out in that announcement, the latest date
for submission of Redemption Notices by Cash Fund Shareholders
wishing to participate in the Cash Exit was 1.00 p.m. (Jersey time) on 28 January 2013.
Further to that announcement, the Directors have decided to
exercise their discretion to extend the deadline for submission of
Redemption Notices to 1.00 p.m.
(Jersey time) on 4 February 2013.
