August 2007 that on 24 July 2007, following an acquisition of voting rights,
Aventus Capital Management, through Rickerbys Nominees Ltd, holds the total
voting rights attaching to 1,741,156 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share
capital of the Company representing 8.28% of the total voting rights in the
Company.
