1 September 2023 - C4X Discovery Holdings plc (AIM: C4XD), a pioneering Drug Discovery company, announces that for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital consists of 252,227,097 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 252,227,097 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
