                           ("Croma" or "the Company")

In the prospectus published by Croma on 3 December 2003 it was stated that
Stephen Komlosy had resigned from the Board of Croma subject to admission of the
Company's share capital to trading on the AIM market and subject to the
repayment of loans to London & Boston Investments plc ("London & Boston").

Croma's entire share capital was admitted to trading on the AIM market on 18
December 2003 and Croma has today repaid all of the loans made to it by London &
Boston. Accordingly, Stephen Komlosy's resignation is now effective immediately.

London & Boston will retain representation on the Board of Croma through John
May, a non-executive director of the Company.

John French, Chairman of the Company, said "I wish to extend my thanks to
Stephen for the contribution he has made to the development of the Company."
