Diamond Lifestyle Holdings Plc, the financial and advisory intermediary,
specialising in the provision of mortgage broking and related services to the
sub-prime market under the Governments `Right to Buy' scheme, announces today
that it will publish its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December
2006 on Monday 30 April 2007.

On the day the Group will be holding an analyst and private client broker
presentation at which Paul Hughes (Chairman), Alan Kempson (Managing Director),
Nigel Hodges (Finance Director) and Marcus Yeoman (Non-executive Director) will
present the results, the strategy and future prospects of the business.
