In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse
Regulation, the Company was notified on 12 April 2018 that the
Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities
("PDMR") listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in
London on 6 April 2018 at a purchase price of GBP7.28 per Ordinary
Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the
"Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
