Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of GBP0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 7 April 2020.

Roger Whiteside acquired 120 Shares under the Greggs Share Incentive Plan. The Shares were acquired at a price of GBP15.03 per Share.
