Exercise of Share Options, Director Dealing, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, announces that it has received notices of exercise of employee share options ("Share Options") over a total of 178,150 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Included within this figure, Chris Jepps, Chief Operating Officer, has exercised share options over a total of 30,952 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 0.25 pence per share.

An application has been made for the 178,150 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 8.00 a.m. on 14 July 2023.

Upon Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 67,474,375 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. As Getech does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the exercise of the Share Options, Chris Jepps has an interest in 934,178 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.4 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of the Company.
