HeiQ Plc (LSE: HEIQ), a leading company in materials innovation and hygiene technologies, has been notified that on 1 December 2023, Karen Brade, Non-Executive Director, purchased 32,287 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.372 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mrs. Brade holds an interest in 40,263 Ordinary Shares. The total interest held by Mrs. Brade represents approximately 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
