Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (35) of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber Public Limited Company wishes to inform that there was a variation of more than 10% between the audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 and the unaudited results previously announced on 28 February 2017, whereby the loss after tax in the audited account now stated at RM3.741 million as compared to loss after tax of RM3.056 million reported earlier.

Details of the variance are as shown in the table.
