Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, 3,792
shares in the capital of the Company were allocated to Bev Dew, an
executive director of the Company, as a result of the vesting of an
award made to him on 8 May 2015 under the Kier Group plc 2010
Long-Term Incentive Plan. A proportion of the shares allocated were
withheld to cover income tax and national insurance contributions
due on release of the shares.
The following notification is made in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
