Togo Update

Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 3 September 2020 regarding the planned management trip to Togo, a number of constructive meetings have been conducted. In particular, CEO Russell Lamming met with Togolese Prime Minister Komi Selom Klassou and the Minister of Mines and Energy Marc Ably-Bidamon, in order to discuss the near-term development path to commence production through the issue of an exploitation permit at the Nayéga Manganese Project ('Nayéga') in which Keras currently holds an 85% interest.

COO Graham Stacey is currently on-site at Nayega where he is ensuring that the bulk-sample plant, with installed capacity to produce 6,500 tonnes per month of beneficiated manganese, is production ready. In addition, he is siting water boreholes for the additional water required when the Company commissions the new plant to expand production to 25,000 tonnes per month. Please see RNS dated 6 November 2019 for further information regarding the proposed production expansion.

Exploration activities are on-going at the Ogaro prospect, located 5km east-southeast of the main Nayega deposit and 4km south of the previously explored T27 deposit. The Board will release exploration results in due course and in the meantime will keep shareholders abreast of developments at Ogaro using the Company's social media platforms.

In order to maintain the momentum in Lomé and at Nayega, the management has determined to remain in Togo for a further week beyond the planned return date.

For the purposes of MAR and Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1055, this announcement is being made on behalf of Russell Lamming, Chief Executive Officer. This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
