Plantic Technologies Limited ("Plantic" or "the Company") announces that 
effective 21 April 2009 98,214 share options over fully paid ordinary shares in 
the Company at an exercise price of 6.125p (AU$0.134), have been awarded to Mr 
Brendan Morris, Plantic's Chief Executive Officer. 
 
 
 
 
These options have been granted under the terms of Mr Morris' employment 
contract and relate to his performance review against objectives for the period 
1 Jan 2008 to 31 December 2008.
