Planet Payment to Announce First Quarter 2013 Results on May 13 2013

Planet Payment, Inc. (USA: NASDAQ: PLPM; UK: LSE: AIM: PPT), a leading provider of international payment processing and multi-currency processing services, today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss first quarter 2013 financial results on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 5:00pm New York time. Hosting the call will be CEO Philip Beck and CFO Robert Cox. A press release with first quarter 2013 financial results will be issued after the NASDAQ market closes that same day.

The call will be webcast live from the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.planetpayment.com/ and a replay will be available on the site approximately one hour after the call concludes.
