Polo Resources (AIM:PRL) was notified on 20 October 2009 that Neil Herbert, 
Managing Director of the Company, purchased on the same day 1,400,000 Ordinary 
Shares of the Company at a price of 5 pence per share. 
Following the purchase, Mr. Herbert is interested in a total of 
53,132,954 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.26 per cent of the 
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
