RSA Insurance Group plc announces that Sonia Baxendale, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Chair of the Group Investment Committee with effect from 9 May 2019. This follows the announcement on 28 February 2019 that Joseph Streppel, current Chair of the Committee, will retire as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 9 May 2019.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
