Appointment of Joint Broker

SEC, the largest independent advocacy, public relations and integrated communications agency in the Italian market, with operations in Brussels, UK, Germany, Spain and Poland, announces that it has appointed Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited ("Peterhouse") as Joint Corporate Broker with immediate effect. The Peterhouse team, led by Martin Lampshire and Charles Goodfellow, will act alongside Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker WH Ireland Limited.
