The Board of Tex Holdings plc announces the appointment of Mr Ian Christian Ross as Executive Director, CFO and Company Secretary with effect from 1st September 2020.

DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION

The Board also advises the resignation of Mr Chris Parker as Executive Director, CFO and Company Secretary with effect from 31st August 2020.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Parker for his contribution to the Company over the past 28 years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
