Notification of Board Change
Ultra announces the Board's decision to restructure the Group's
marketing function. As a result, Mark Anderson, Group Marketing
Director, will be stepping down from the Board and his role has
been made redundant.
Mark will cease to be a Director of the Group on 1 June 2017 and
his employment will end on 31 October 2017.
Ultra will make disclosures under s.430(2B) Companies Act 2006
closer to the time of Mark's resignation as a Director.
Rakesh Sharma, Chief Executive, commented:
"Mark has held the position of Group Marketing Director at Ultra
since 2012. I would like to thank him for his contribution to Ultra
and support to me during that time and wish him every success for
the future."
