Cessation of Alternate Director
Specialty metals producer, Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF, AIM:
WLFE) ("Wolf" or "the Company") advises that Mr Will Goodwin will
cease being an Alternate Director of the Company with effect from 5
February 2016.
Mr Goodwin was appointed by Mr Michael Wolley, a non-executive
Director, to act as his Alternate Director in late 2014 and attend
any meeting of Directors which Mr Wolley was unable to attend. Mr
Wolley is Vice President of Todd Minerals, and is the nominee
director for TTI (NZ) Ltd, a major shareholder in the Company.
Mr Goodwin was most recently the Chief Financial Officer for
Todd Minerals, and will be relocating to New Zealand to take up a
senior executive role in the financial sector.
Mr Wolley and the Board would like to thank Mr Goodwin for his
contribution since his appointment and wish him well for the
future.
