Public Network plc - Result of EGM

Public Network plc is pleased to confirm that all the resolutions put to
shareholders in the Circular, dated 10 April 2003, were duly passed at the
Extraordinary General Meeting held on Tuesday 6 May 2003 at 10 a.m.

The proposals remain conditional on the admission to trading of the Company's
New Ordinary Shares to the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM"), which is
expected by 30 May 2003.
