law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised OneQor Technologies, Inc.
in connection with its decision to merge with Terra Tech Corp.
(OTCQX: TRTC) in an all-stock transaction.
OneQor Technologies was a privately held over-the-counter (OTC)
pharmaceutical company focused on developing, patenting, and
delivering proprietary, plant-derived formulations. In connection
with the merger, the combined company intends to change its name to
Onyx Group Holdings and remain a publicly listed company.
The CEO of OneQor Technologies was appointed the CEO of the
combined company and joined the board of directors of Terra Tech,
according to a press release announcing the transaction.
